I ordered one of their brackets (clamp triple 32” monitor mount) through a reseller in France (the only reseller that would ship to the US). I paid well over list price ($600, when they are normally $350) just because it was the only option. The reseller had listed 3 in stock (at Multibrackets warehouse), but it has now been over a month and the reseller hasnt even received the backet yet. I reached out to Multibrackets directly, via their website, but they never responded. But they did sign me up for their marketing emails even though I never signed up for them directly. Extremely disappointed and avoid the company if at all possible. What a shame!

I don't understand how the adjustment at 0:49 works. The manual has a confusing explanation based on icons, no text. So if there's a bigger 32 inch screen display, should this be tightened?

I see on the video that the VESA side attached to the mounting pole has "hump" that is not present on the technical drawings. I'm asking because I'm looking to buy this super smart adapters however every single monitor I own have "mounting indentations" meaning you can mount a long flat rectangle bracket om the back of them, the mounting dimension on the monitor is 100x100 (plus a little extra for clearances etc). So my question could I use the mount wrong side out and mount the rail side to my wallmount and the "extruding" side to my monitor, while it's opposite of the instruction it seems to me to be the more correct way to use this mount for much wider mounting support. Have you ever tested this "reverse mount" option? Could you test it? I'm looking to get at least two of these. Also - super great invention, which is just what i need - maybe. EDIT: Actually, nevermind I see that the one side only supports VESA75, I'd need the "monitor" side to support VESA100 which is the sid I proposed reversing away from. I think adding an adapter plate will make it too jank on jank for my needs - I might try it anyway, it's not an expensive product. Please consider making a version that is usable on monitors with indented mounting, flat vesa mounting seems to be very limited these days.

£280 for a mount? Ergotron do it at £180 and a perfectly fine amazon basics one at £100. No wonder you dont show a price on your site and tell people to get a qoute. You waste peoples times by not showing prices.

From your video it looks like the hinge is hidden behind the tv. But from the other videos and manual it looks like the hinge is visual when looking straight at the wall. Which is it please?
